A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist, Total Rewards & HRIS to support and scale People Operations across US and global locations.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead People Operations programs in Total Rewards, HRIS management, and employee lifecycle support
Act as the primary administrator for HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and identifying automation opportunities
Support the full employee lifecycle and compliance tasks, collaborating with various teams for process improvements
Required Qualifications :
5-8+ years in People Ops, HR Generalist, or Total Rewards roles
Strong experience in compensation operations and LOA administration
HRIS expertise with a proven ability to optimize systems
Experience supporting global teams, with EU exposure preferred
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
