Position Details : This direct hire role is full-time hours operate between Monday - Friday and typically are 7 : 00am - 5 : 00pm (occasionally fluctuating due to planned events) . Business professional dress code and standards are required.

Hourly Co mpensation : $20.00-22.00 USD per hour DOE

Responsibilities

This is a full-time position performing receiving and mail related services.

• Mail Operations - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures
• Receiving Shipments Receive process and deliver packages
• Shipping - Package processing and arrange pick-up of outgoing packages
• Facilities Services- Receive and track activity using work order system move furniture assemble light furniture moving of boxes as required hang pictures as required office swap outs and perform other related duties
• Customer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume environment
• Adhere to all safety procedures
• Participate in cross-training
• Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs
