  • Lead the development and enhancement of internal planning tools and applications that improve forecast accuracy, material visibility, inventory management, and automation of planning processes.
  • Act as the functional owner and product lead for key supply chain systemsgathering requirements, defining roadmaps, and ensuring tools meet the evolving needs of users and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams (data engineering, software developers, BI / analytics) to build scalable solutions that integrate ERP, supply chain, and procurement systems.
  • Drive the development and deployment of planning tools and dashboards using platforms such as Redshift, PowerBI, Quicksight, or Tableau to enable real-time visibility and decision-making.
  • Leverage AI / ML models to enhance demand forecasting, anomaly detection, and exception-based planning to reduce manual workload and improve decision-making.
  • Conduct user testing, implement feedback loops, and continuously iterate on tools and features to drive adoption and maximize impact across planning workflows.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Operations, Finance, Engineering) to align tool development and planning strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Monitor key planning and system adoption KPIs (forecast accuracy, fill rate, inventory turns, tool usage) and report findings in regular business reviews.
