Licensed Commercial Counsel

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Lead drafting and negotiation of enterprise-level SaaS MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and related agreements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product initiatives and partner contracts

Optimize contracting processes and manage workflows using a contract lifecycle management tool

Required Qualifications

J.D. and admission to at least one U.S. state bar

7-10+ years of legal experience, including 5+ years in-house in relevant sectors

Expertise in commercial contracts and contract lifecycle management

Working knowledge of privacy and data protection requirements

Ability to independently lead complex negotiations and provide practical guidance
