Position Hours :

  • Monday through Thursday , 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM General Summary : Operates various manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products across multiple disciplines including die cutting, spray coating, molding, and surface preparation.
  • This role requires continuous skill development while maintaining efficient operations, quality standards, and a safe work environment.

What You Will Do (Essential Job Functions) :

  • Equipment Operations & Setup Operates and sets up various manufacturing equipment including die cutting machines, compression molding presses, ATOM flash cutters, polyurea spray systems, sandblasting equipment, and urethane processing machinery to produce quality parts according to specifications Prepares materials and monitors machine parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates, cycle times) Troubleshoots equipment issues and supports all positions in department to achieve maximum production efficiency Surface Preparation & Coating Performs surface preparation including sandblasting, cleaning, and applying coatings using specialized spray equipment Quality Control & Inspection Reads and interprets blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications Conducts inspections for defects and ensures parts meet quality standards Order Processing & Shipping Preparation Processes work orders through completion including bagging, tagging, cleaning, labeling, and preparing parts for shipping Delivers defect-free products on-time to internal and external customers Warehouse Operations & Safety Maintains clean and organized work areas Safely lifts and moves materials up to 50 lbs. using correct techniques Follows all safety procedures and wears required PPE Supplemental Job Functions : Assists with corporate on-boarding and orientation programs as required Perform other duties as assigned or requested Physical Requirements Able to annually demonstrate physical ability to stand, walk, bend, grab, and lift and carry weight Working Conditions : Normal warehousing environment with regular (up to 100% of work time) exposure to noise, dust, office equipment, machinery, equipment and supplies Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required : High School Diploma or GED Previous work experience production work preferred Exotic Automation & Supply maintains a drug-free workplace, including testing for marijuana.
