A company is looking for a Commercial & Regulatory Attorney with Healthcare Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide regulatory counseling on the No Surprises Act, ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA
Review, redline, and negotiate client and vendor agreements
Collaborate with legal, claim services, operations, and sales teams to ensure regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in the plan, payer, or third-party administrator space
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active attorney license in good standing
Experience with healthcare regulations and commercial contracting
Availability to work 30-40 hours per week for an estimated 6-month duration
