Medical Assistant Position

A Medical Assistant has accountability for providing care to patients in an ambulatory clinic setting. This will involve caring for patients with acute and chronic needs. A Medical Assistant will be responsible for communicating clearly with patients seeking care through different modalities including telephone and in-person interactions. Full-time (40 hrs / wk - Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM) position at La Canada Clinic Hematology Oncology. Please review minimum qualifications listed below before applying. As a Medical Assistant at Intermountain Health, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical team, ensuring our patients receive the best care by :

• Providing patient care under the direction of the Clinician.
• Communicating clearly with patients seeking care through different modalities including telephone and in-person interactions.
• Working with cross functional teams to collaborate on patient care.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $19.87 - $28.31
