\n \n Solo Miles Pay :  $0.56 per Mile with 1500 Miles per Week

\n \n Solo Stops Pay :  $15.00 per Stop with 40 Stop per Week

\n \n Per Diem Pay : $50.00 per night with 2 - 4 nights per Week

\n \n Paid Training

\n \n Schedule : Monday - Friday No Weekends

\n \n Tractor Type : Sleeper. Day Cab, and Straight Truck 26'

\n \n Trailer Type :  Dry Van 53'

\n \n Freight : Touch – Screen doors and hardware

\n \n\n \n Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24 / 7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide.

Requirements

\n \n\n \n Minimum 21 years of age

\n \n Pass a Ryder Drug Test

\n \n Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years

\n \n Pass a DOT physical

\n \n Pass a Ryder road test

\n \n Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position

\n \n Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle :

\n \n 9 months experience within the past 3 years,

OR

\n \n 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years,

OR

\n \n 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years

\n \n Ability to follow written and / or oral instructions

\n \n Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and / or procedures

\n \n\n \n

Important Note :

Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and / or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

Responsibilities

\n \n\n \n Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and / or state laws, regulations, and / or agency rules, standards and guidelines

\n \n Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs

\n \n Loading / Unloading freight or assisting in the loading / unloading of freight if required by customer

\n \n Performs other duties as assigned
