The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in configuring, customizing, and developing within the Planisware environment, along with a solid understanding of PPM principles and lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Planisware modules to meet business requirements.
• Develop scripts, workflows, and data models within Planisware.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain and optimize system performance, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Integrate Planisware with other enterprise systems using APIs or data exchange patterns.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Planisware-related issues.
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices.

Length : 1 year

Conversion Potential : Yes, strong potential to convert to full-time client position if performance is strong

Ideal Start Date : Early next year (Q1 2026)

Work Location & Schedule

Location : 1601 Building, Alameda Harbor Bay Parkway Drive

Work Model : Hybrid - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Hours : Standard 8 AM - 5 PM (40 hours / week)

1. Learn 's business and current Planisware system quickly

2. Understand existing configurations and customizations

3. Begin hands-on configuration and development work without long ramp-up time

Focus : Both configuration / customization and development / integration

Planisware Modules : Common ones - Project, Idea, Reporting

Nature of Role : 100% technical (not a PM or BA role - Manager will reject any PM's or BA's that come across his desk)

Technical Requirements

Critical Skills :

SQL & JavaScript : Expected as part of typical developer profile, but not mandatory

Integration Projects : Likely in the future (APIs, ETL with enterprise systems), but not immediate
