Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine evaluations of calls, emails, chats, transactions, and documentation for quality and regulatory compliance
Utilize automation tools and standardized procedures to support QA workflows
Facilitate knowledge sharing with operational leaders by presenting insights and recommendations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
3+ years of quality assurance or contact center operational experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality or contact center platforms
Demonstrated ability to support or implement process improvements and quality initiatives
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
