Home Care Aide (Part-Time)

About the Role

CAYV Cares is seeking a compassionate, reliable Home Care Aide to join our growing care team. In this role, you will provide thoughtful, personalized support that helps clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Our clients include older adults and individuals living with Alzheimer’s, vision or hearing impairment, mobility challenges, or other care needs. This is a meaningful opportunity for someone who believes caregiving is more than a job — it’s a calling.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful hands-on care, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Assist with mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and routine daily tasks
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Observe and report any changes in client condition or behavior
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate updates clearly
• Encourage independence while ensuring safety and dignity
• Provide basic health-related support such as medication reminders (no medical license required)

Pay : Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Hours : Part-time, with opportunity to expand to full-time
