Key Responsibilities
Own sourcing strategy for high-priority GTM, G&A, and non-technical roles

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in G&A or GTM sourcing / recruiting, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
Deep understanding of Sales, Ops, and G&A functions and their impact on company growth
Proven track record of sourcing business operators, sales talent, and customer success professionals
Experience designing scalable sourcing systems, including search strategies and outreach sequences
Ability to create personalized outreach that engages passive talent effectively
