Role Overview :

As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to our elderly clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure every client feels safe, valued, respected, and supported. Working on-site in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while embodying our core values of integrity and humility.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide personal care services to elderly clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and document clients' health and well-being, reporting significant changes to the appropriate team members.
• Foster supportive relationships with clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and respected in their home environment.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life and promote mental well-being.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure each client receives tailored care that aligns with their individual needs and preferences.
