The position is located in Lenexa, KS, Oak Ridge, TN, or Lone Tree, CO.

Responsibilities :

• Leads the development and growth of engineering nuclear services with oversight of engineering team
• Provide direction and leadership to manage a team of engineers and subconsultants, and ensure they are prepared to execute and deliver.
• Identify DOE and commercial market potentials (addressable market), target opportunities, key partners and clients, bidding strategy, market risks, industry events, and targeted annual bid and award revenue
• Provides multiple touch points to ensure constant client engagement with key client decision-makers, teaming partners and affiliate organizations
• Analyzes market data to identify trends and opportunities in the market. Provides input for strategic direction and possible expansion of design engineering services.
• Coordinates with proposal managers and marketing managers and other functional areas to produce deliverables (proposals, brochures, presentations, etc.) necessary to achieve capture goals

Base Compensation : $179,000 / yr - $187,000 / yr (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and / or location)
