Job Summary
The IT Analyst provides on-site and remote technical support to refinery users delivering Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support across a large industrial facility. This role supports Help Desk operations deploys and maintains IT equipment troubleshoots hardware software network issues and assists with small IT projects. Reports to the Refinery IT Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote IT support for 600 users
- Answer Help Desk calls create / manage tickets and resolve Tier 1 & Tier 2 issues
- Deploy and support workstations phones printers and network equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues; escalate as needed
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and support
- Document incidents and resolutions in ticketing system
- Support refinery locations while following all safety and PPE requirements
- Participate in on-call rotation as required
