Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) - Contract or Per Diem - Portland, OR
Pay: Up to $48.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Day, Evening, and Night shifts available

We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses for contract or per diem shifts at long-term care and rehab facilities throughout the Portland area. Whether you're looking for a flexible schedule or a consistent assignment, we have a variety of options to fit your needs.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Oregon
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience (preferably in LTC or Rehab)
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, TB test, and physical

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Monitor, assess, and report changes in patient conditions to interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Supervise CNAs and other healthcare staff to ensure compliance with care standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of all nursing actions
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and facility staff to ensure continuity of care
