The Senior WMS E-commerce Business Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to enhance operational efficiency and ensure seamless integration of systems. This individual will analyze business needs, gather requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement solutions that drive performance improvements. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS best practices, as well as exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes related to WMS and e-commerce operations
• Collaborate with IT and warehouse teams to implement system enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements for WMS enhancements
• Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, and system configurations
• Create detailed project plans and timelines to ensure efficient implementation of WMS projects
• Lead cross-functional project teams in the execution of initiatives and solutions related to WMS
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of WMS-related issues to internal teams
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support to warehouse staff as needed
