Collections Specialist

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist responsible for contacting patients to collect outstanding balances and resolve billing issues.

Key Responsibilities

Contact patients for payments on outstanding balances

Process account adjustments and establish payment plans for past due accounts

Manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent GED

1+ years of experience in collections or customer service

Preferred experience in receivable accounts, medical billing, or healthcare administration

Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is highly preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
