Regional Class A Company Truck Driver

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full‑time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Shreveport, LA. Opportunities are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, with most runs operating east of I‑35. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, modern equipment, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package that begins on day one. We hire experienced drivers and recent CDL school graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of instruction and meet our paid training eligibility requirements.

Typical duties:

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT and company rules.
• Haul no‑touch dry van freight, primarily drop and hook (approximately 70%), for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Experienced drivers are welcome; recent graduates considered if they have at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
• Satisfactory driving record and strong safety focus.
• Able to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
