What Youll Be Doing:

1. Stage projects for loading and/or delivery.
2. Deliver and stage jobs at and to customer locations.
3. Assist in warehouse operations to include system build when not making deliveries.
4. Assist in keeping a clean, organized, and orderly warehouse.
5. Assist in maintaining inventory control and counts.
6. Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles, including:
1. Maintenance and upkeep of the Radiant vehicles you drive.
2. Overview of Vehicle Maintenance Checklists of all Radiant vehicles.
3. Coordination and execution of the transportation of radiant vehicles to and from appropriate service centers for service and/or maintenance.
4. Coordination and execution of the transportation of vehicles to and from technicians when service and/or maintenance is required.

Who You Are:

1. You pick up computer skills quickly, retain and reuse.
2. You are always driven to build your work/personal skills and knowledge.
3. You have actual MS Office experience with Office 365, Word, Excel, and Teams.
4. You are considered strong and can lift or move 40 lbs. reliably, with the capability to lift or move up to 75 lbs. by yourself.
5. You like to work independently or work solo or within a group.
6. Able and comfortable to drive large vehicles up to 26 ft. box trucks across the country for up to 12 hrs. at a time.
7. Comfortable with out-of-town travel that may include travel at night or during the weekend. This expectation is dependent on project timelines and customer expectations.

Other Requirements:

1. A high school diploma or GED.
2. Authorization to work in the USA.
3. Background checks and drug screening are part of our employment process.
4. Clean driving record required.
