Paralegal Paralegal

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Paralegal to support our legal team in handling personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal injury law and be able to assist attorneys in preparing cases for trial, conducting legal research, and managing case files.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law and statutes
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and maintained
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties to gather information and update them on case status
• Prepare trial materials and assist attorneys during trial proceedings
• Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and legal procedures
