Mechanical Claims Adjuster

A company is looking for a Mechanical Claims Adjuster (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Adjudicates claims within approval limits and in accordance with standards

Documents all actions and interactions with repair facilities and customers

Manages pending claims and follows up with repair facilities to make decisions

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

3+ years of experience in automotive mechanical and diagnostics

Strong understanding of automotive systems, repair procedures, and parts pricing

Proficient in typing and general computer skills

Comfortable in a high-volume, collaborative environment
