This opportunity is full-time at 40 hours per week, offers full benefits and a convenient schedule working 2 : 00 p.m. - 10 : 30 p.m.

Job Requirements :

Assumes responsibility and accountability for assisting the director in planning, directing, and overall operation of the Admitting, ER Registration, Insurance Verification and PBX areas. The incumbent provides direction and supervision to assigned staff and ensures that admitting functions are performed accurately and efficiently. Interacts with hospital administration, ancillary department directors and physicians / physician's office staff to provide appropriate services to patients, families and other hospital departments. Responsible for monitoring of functions and users of SMS Patient Management Systems. . Maintains currency in stroke knowledge by completing the annual 1 hour online training.
