Primary Team Leader : Construction Site Manager

FLSA Classification : Hourly, Non-Exempt, Benefits Eligible

Location : Kansas City Metro Area

Job Summary : As a Construction Assistant at Habitat for Humanity of Kansas City, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission of building homes, communities, and hope through affordable housing solutions. You will represent our organization by, interacting with volunteers, donors, homeowners, and community members throughout the community and on the construction site.

Responsibilities :

On-Site Construction :

• Leading and training volunteers, staff, and homeowners on construction tasks and ensuring they are properly trained and engaged in a safe construction experience.
• Manage punch-list and ensure repairs are addressed in a timely manner.
• Assist with managing job site safety and security issues.
• Arrange daily pickup and delivery of tools and materials.
• Assist with maintaining and organizing the warehouse locations.
