Senior AI Developer

A company is looking for a Senior AI Developer to join their DeNovo Innovation Incubator team.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications that integrate with firm systems

Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and secure APIs

Collaborate with practice-group leaders to design solutions that enhance legal workflows

Required Qualifications

7+ years in software development with experience in Python, TypeScript / Node.js, or C#

Practical knowledge of Azure AI, OpenAI API, or similar technologies

Familiarity with RAG architectures and prompt engineering

Proven ability to integrate AI with enterprise systems

Experience working in rapid-prototype environments
