[job_card.job_description]Evaluate store performance and key drivers of profitability, including product mix, shrink, labor productivity, and operational costs Conduct variance analysis and develop actionable insights to improve performance and cost efficiency Deliver executive-ready financial reporting packages with clear trend analysis and commentary Partner closely with Operations to identify opportunities to optimize inventory levels, logistics spend, and productivity Support Merchandising with promotional analysis, category performance, and margin enhancement Assist with capital expenditure proposals and post-investment ROI reviews Improve financial reporting processes and automate manual workflows Enhance data governance and accuracy across financial planning systems Support financial systems upgrades and business intelligence tool enhancements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related 5+ years of corporate FP&A or financial analysis experience Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with business intelligence tools a plus Strong presentation skills with ability to clearly communicate financial insights to business leaders Detail-oriented problem solver with strong prioritization and organizational skills Experience supporting multi-location or store-based operations preferred Competitive compensation with performance-based bonus Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Employee store discount Growth and advancement opportunities within a rapidly expanding retail organization

We are a leading national specialty retailer seeking a highly analytical FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and business performance analysis for our multi-store organization. This role focuses on managing the FP&A process rather than managing a team, collaborating with business partners across operations, merchandising, and supply chain to deliver insights that drive profitable decision-making and support strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes
- Develop advanced financial models for revenue, margin, labor, and operating expense projections
- Perform scenario planning to support corporate strategy, pricing decisions, and capital investments
