About The Team. The team is responsible for building up the Operation related positions under Global E-Commerce Business in the U.S. Members are based globally, such as APAC, China and AMS. We're looking for Talent Acquisition Partners to support TikTok Global E-Commerce business line on Operations related roles. You will work hand-in-hand with business leaders to achieve recruitment goals, support key hiring initiatives, and drive critical programs. Your work will include, but is not limited to, recruitment process optimization, analytics & reporting, talent research & sourcing, diversity recruiting strategy, and candidate experience enhancements.

What You Will Do

Deeply understand the business logic, organizational model, and hiring needs, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.

Identify, attract, negotiate complex compensation packages and close candidates at all levels, consistently delivering high-quality talent to meet business recruitment goals.

Ensure a high-touch candidate experience.

Act as the employer branding champion to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent TikTok's culture meaningfully.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years of in-house recruiting experience.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively across all organization levels.

A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and accepts risk.

Passion for the industry and a demonstrated ability to embrace and adapt to changes, learning quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Job Information (Pay Transparency)

The base salary range for this position in San Jose is $79,800 - $174,400 annually. Compensation may vary outside this range depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package which may also include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits vary by employment nature and location but typically include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated on hire with increasing accruals).
