Key Responsibilities
Establish and lead the Client Growth Enablement Office to operationalize account growth and retention
Develop frameworks and tools to identify and track client growth opportunities and translate insights into commercial strategies
Oversee client communication programs and advocacy initiatives to enhance retention and referenceability
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in client services, revenue enablement, or account strategy
Proven success in driving revenue growth within a digital agency or consulting environment
Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot and familiarity with CRM and automation tools
Experience leading AI-enabled transformation and digital automation initiatives
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and account-based growth strategies
