[job_card.job_description]Own deployments for Microsoft infrastructure : Windows Server, Office 365, Azure Implement and support virtualized environments : VMware and / or Hyper-V Lead modernization efforts by designing tailored infrastructure solutions Serve as Tier 3 support, mentoring L1 / L2 engineers and troubleshooting advanced issues Perform firewall configurations and contribute to network security improvements Partner directly with clients to assess needs and implement smart, scalable IT strategies 5+ years of hands-on IT engineering experience 2+ years of MSP experience required — this is non-negotiable Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Windows Server (2012–2022) Strong skills in VMware or Hyper-V virtualization Working knowledge of firewall deployment, security best practices, and root-cause analysis Microsoft Intune experience Looking to grow into a system engineer L3?
