In a nutshell :

• Has a base level of accounting knowledge and has performed bookkeeping, month-end close and reconciliations, journal entries, A / P and A / R Understand financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, Trial Balance, and more Has used accounting software for bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries and has some technical knowledge of the software Is detailed – understands the how and the why, and will dig deeper to get to the answer Collaborative – enjoys working as a team Confident – believes in their ability, and knowledge, while knowing their strengths Cares deeply about others Has great work ethic and understands their impact on others Cares about the success of small businesses and understands the journey and struggles of small business owners Can communicate effectively in writing and verbally for understanding Lifelong learner Must Haves : Possesses a strong work ethic A BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from an accredited college or university At least 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience Worked with QBO, Xero, Sage, or another accounting software Great communication skills – both verbal and written Can confidently discuss financial reports with customers Is detailed and organized Loves to learn and has a desire for growth Respects and follows process Is not afraid to ask for help and is willing to help others Here at Xendoo, we enjoy a Monday through Friday workweek (even during tax season) so you can enjoy a healthy work / life balance.  Additionally we offer; Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Generous PTO and Paid Holidays 401(k) with employer matching Casual dress code- jeans and t-shirts Complimentary lunch for the team every Friday Free Gym on location Fun and collaborative environment Our location is friendly to the tri-county area close to I-95.     Come join Team Xendoo!  We are excited to meet you!
