Temporary Human Resources Administrator Schedule
Start date : October to February
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm
Rewarding pay is based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Director
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in maintaining referral bonus program
- Manage and record employee uniform purchases
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Assist with sourcing candidates and update our database
Requirements
Excellent people skillsFast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS (will provide training to the right candidate)Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases (will provide training to the right candidate)Excellent organizational skillsStrong communications skillsDegree in Human Resources or related field (preferred not required)Employee Perks
