Senior Director of Community Engagement

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Community Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement partnership relationships to increase placements for BridgeUSA programs

Lead initiatives to strengthen community partnerships and support program growth

Create and manage community events to enhance CIEE's presence and stakeholder engagement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)

10+ years of experience in program leadership, ideally in sales and account management

Previous experience and knowledge of J1 Visa

Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines

Flexibility and interest in a dynamic, team-oriented working environment
