[job_card.job_description]Implement physician orders and document care as per policies and regulations. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations. Exercise critical nursing judgment for effective patient care management. Provide primacy and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses. Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and execute patient care plans. Guide and direct nursing support staff to maintain professional standards.

Department / Unit : ICU-Surgical And Neuroscience - B2
Work Shift : Day (United States of America)
Salary Range : $88,192.00 - $136,697.60
Position Requirements :
- Must have 2+ years of med / surg, intermediate, or ICU nursing experience.
- Graduate of a professional academic nursing program (Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate Degree).
- Current NYS Registered Nurse license is required.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) mandatory.
- Previous experience as a PCA or nursing assistant is beneficial.

The SICU and Neuro ICU is equipped with 30 state-of-the-art intensive care beds catering to patients suffering from life-threatening conditions, including those post-major surgical procedures, trauma, neurological incidents, and multi-organ failures.
