KPC Promise Hospital of PHOENIX:: The Clinical Dietitian plans and delivers nutrition care to patients in accordance with the physician’s diagnosis and requirements of regulatory agencies functions as a member of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to provide nutrition counseling for individuals, performs nutrition screening and assessments, and develops appropriate nutrition care plans.
QUALIFICATIONS:
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Physical: Walking – up to 30% Standing – up to 60% Kneeling – up to 10%
Sitting – up to 50% Pushing – up to 20% Bending – up to 25%
Squatting – up to 10% Pulling – up to 20% Reaching – up to 30%
Lifting – up to 50lbs Wrist/Finger Movements – up to 90%
Mental: Stress Level: Moderate to high
EXPOSURE RISK: Category II - Jobs in which required tasks normally do not involve exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues but which could result in Category I exposure.
EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, MATERIALS, MACHINES USED : BMI calculator, scales, feeding pumps, beds, glucose monitors, cooking elements, telephone, facsimile machine, copier, printers, and computers.
