    • What Youll Do :

  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues
  • Lead by example in quality and customer service
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts Department
  • Document work performed and communicate clearly
  • Train and support junior technicians
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace
  • Use Dealerware for loaner vehicle documentation as needed

    • What Were Looking For :

  • Experience

    • 510 years of progressive automotive repair and diagnostic experience.

  • Proven ability to perform advanced-level diagnostics repairs and system overhauls .
  • Prior experience in a dealership environment strongly preferred (OEM-specific systems warranty procedures etc.).
  • Experience mentoring or training lower-level technicians (B- and C-level)
  • ASE or OEM Master Certification preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Valid drivers license with clean driving record
  • Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
