If you can read a blueprint like a roadmap, handle an overhead crane with confidence, and bring together fabricated and machined parts into reliable machines, this role—working with the Assembly Manager—was made for you.
What you’ll tackle
- Own assemblies from small components to full-scale machinery.
- Independently rig and load trucks using overhead cranes.
- Decode schematics and blueprints to drive each step of the build.
- Choose the right tools and equipment to meet the production schedule.
- Run final inspections and release only quality-approved work.
- Complete your monthly safety training and lead by example on the floor.
- Partner with internal teams and external customers; jump in to provide backup when needed.
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
- Welding experience is helpful—not mandatory.

What you bring to the bench
Mechanical strength in assembling fabricated / machined components.Clear written and verbal communication.Detail orientation, thoroughness, problem-solving, decisive action, and follow-through.Solid math : add, subtract, multiply, divide, and convert between metric and imperial.Basic mechanical knowledge and curiosity to keep learning.Your background
Overhead crane experience—required.3+ years in manufacturing or a closely related environment—required.Heavy industrial machine assembly—preferred.Hydraulics experience—plus.Where you already excel
