A company is looking for a Workday Business Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Configure Workday to meet business requirements and recommend process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions
Develop and maintain user documentation, including process maps and user guides
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of Workday Core HCM experience, particularly in Compensation, Security, Business Processes, Reporting, and Dashboards
Advanced Compensation experience is required
Experience in Benefits or Absence is a plus
