Clinical Team Leader Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Team Leader for our Kansas Team! The Clinical Team Leader will primarily be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of hospice care as well as the oversight and evaluation of such care with the goal of continuous improvement.
The CTL will be assisting with orientation, training, and ongoing evaluation of qualified employees who provide patient / family care in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as well as Interim HealthCare Hospice policies and procedures.
The Clinical Team Leader position is a unique leadership role that is field / office work combined and focuses on mentoring and coaching field staff.
