Robot Motion Data Collector - $33/hr - San Jose, CA

Shifts Available:

• 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM | $33/hr

About the Role

As a Robot Motion Data Collector, you'll wear sensor equipment and perform natural human movements that the robot will learn from. Your motion data directly trains AI models, making your work essential to the robot's development. You'll also help identify issues, provide daily feedback, and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities

• Wear motioncapture sensors and guide the robot through humanlike movements
• Collect clean, highquality motion data for AI training
• Identify and report issues, bugs, or irregularities during sessions
• Provide daily feedback to engineers and robotics specialists
• Maintain a safe, focused, and organized production/lab environment
• Strong computer skills (data entry, basic testing, Microsoft Office)
• Experience in production, warehouse, lab, or manufacturing environments
• Ability to follow structured processes with precision

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Jose, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
