Activities & Responsibilities

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management position.
• Assess staffing needs and recruit staff.
• Schedule staff hours and assign duties.
• Order and purchase equipment and supplies.
• Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel.
• Continually strive to develop staff in all areas of development.
• Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service.
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
• Ensure that all policies, procedures, standards, and training programs are followed and completed on a timely basis.
• Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving, and building maintenance.
• Review financial statements, sales reports, and other performance data to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.
