We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to support the execution of live events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in event marketing, experiential marketing, brand promotions, or hospitality , while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

As an Events Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting on-site event operations, engaging with attendees, and helping ensure events run smoothly from setup through wrap-up.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of live events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns

Assist with event setup and breakdown, including displays, signage, registration areas, and branded materials

Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal event teams

Provide on-site event support to help create a positive attendee experience

Assist with post-event tasks, including feedback collection, reporting, and inventory organization

Complete general administrative and support tasks as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

College coursework or interest in event marketing, marketing, communications, hospitality, or public relations is a plus

No previous event experience required—training provided

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends
