Responsibilities Install, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork, air handlers, rooftop units, and controls Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical components Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Ensure systems meet specifications and operate efficiently Maintain accurate documentation of work performed Follow all OSHA and company safety standards Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients Qualifications 3+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience preferred Proficient in installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints EPA Certification required Must have own basic hand tools and reliable transportation OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Must be able to lift 30+ lbs and work on ladders or lifts as needed Benefits Competitive Pay : Your salary is based on experience, and we pay weekly.
