Account Director

A company is looking for an Account Director 1 (Sales).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the assigned account team, ensuring project management aligns with time, resources, and budget

Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients

Maintain strong relationships with clients and oversee the recruitment and development of team members

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

7+ years of experience in a sales-based capacity

3+ years of Gravure experience

Experience in pre-press, packaging, or a related industry preferred
