What You'll Do:

• Lead & Develop Teams - Support employees across operations, logistics, and administration. Learn to coach, train, and motivate teams for success.
• Master Operations & Equipment - Gain hands-on experience in equipment operation, maintenance, and logistics planning.
• Champion Safety & Compliance - Promote a Safety-First Culture by enforcing protocols, conducting audits, and ensuring a secure work environment.
• Optimize Logistics & Inventory - Learn how to track materials, manage shipments, and oversee inventory flow.
• Financial & Business Insight - Develop a strong understanding of P&L, forecasting, and cost-saving strategies.
• Customer & Quality Management - Ensure excellent service and quality control while developing conflict resolution and relationship management skills.
