Controller with CPA License

A company is looking for a Controller to lead its global accounting foundation and ensure financial reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee US GAAP-compliant accounting, revenue recognition, and multi-entity consolidation

Manage month-end close, financial reporting accuracy, and internal controls

Lead and coach a geographically distributed accounting team while ensuring compliance with financial regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance; CPA or equivalent strongly preferred

10+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Strong technical accounting background, including US GAAP and ASC 606

Experience in rapidly scaling startups and leading financial audits

Hands-on experience across various financial operations, including AP, AR, and tax compliance
