Quality Control Manager

A company is looking for a QC Manager who will oversee the quality control processes related to loan production.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage prefunding, random, and targeted reviews of closed loan volume to ensure underwriting accuracy

Conduct audits on flagged loans and maintain vendor oversight through internal audits

Create and maintain reports on various QC reviews and provide findings to stakeholders

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in mortgage quality control or mortgage operations

Strong understanding of Non-QM and agency guidelines, underwriting practices, and investor requirements

Familiarity with LOS platforms, QC software, and Microsoft Excel / Word

Ability to analyze QC findings and implement corrective actions

Experience in vendor interaction and reporting
