[job_card.job_description]Experience using process visualization tools (e.g., Mural, Miro, Whiteboard, Visio) Strong visual communication and documentation skills Agile or Scrum certification Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for CIAM modernization initiatives. Conduct deep-dive sessions to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements. Build, maintain, and optimize business process flows and user stories / use cases. Translate business requirements into detailed process diagrams and artifacts. Collaborate with stakeholders across the Retail Line of Business to understand architectural requirements and operational workflows. Create dashboards, burn-down charts, and other visual tools to track progress and communicate insights. Support Agile ceremonies and maintain alignment with project timelines and priorities.
Description :
Our client has an immediate need for a Business Systems Analyst to support the modernization of our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solution for the Retail Line of Business.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- 3–5 years of relevant Business Analyst or BSA experience, preferably in technical or financial industries.
- Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.
- Identity and Access Management (IAM, CIAM, or WIAM)
- Business Process Analysis
- Business Workflows and Process Flows
