We have an immediate opportunity available in our Lakeland, Florida headquarters. This is a permanent full-time salaried position.

We are an Industrial Distribution company specializing in Conveyor Belt and Hose products. This is a hands-on in-office position. The best candidate must have the acumen to multi task and a high level of attention to detail is a must. We are a teamwork environment that is customer service driven.

Job Description :

Service existing and new accounts obtaining orders via phone, email or fax

Recommend products and submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature

Enter sales orders, quote price and delivery

Monitor open sales orders, following up as necessary

Follow up on quotes as needed to secure customers orders

Purchasing products as needed

Desired Skills / Qualifications :

=====================================================================================

Customer service, order processing and / or inside sales experience a must

Conveyor Belt, Hose and / or Gasket experience preferred

Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Proficient computer skills for order maintenance, quoting, entering purchase orders and data entry

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Ability to identify the needs of customer and to utilize all resources available to fulfill the need in a timely manner
