Job Description
Overview
We’re seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join a world-class manufacturing operation producing consumer chemical and body products. This facility combines chemical batching, precision filling, and high-speed automated packaging, supported by both modern servo-driven equipment and older mechanically intensive machinery.
This is a role for a true subject-matter expert : someone who can independently troubleshoot complex problems, drive root-cause solutions, and keep advanced production lines running at peak performance. You’ll work across mechanical systems, electrical distribution, controls, pneumatics, robotics, instrumentation, and sensor-driven automation. The ideal technician is hands-on, curious, collaborative, and capable of bridging both legacy equipment and cutting-edge production technologies.
We value craftsmanship, problem-solving, and positive team culture, and we’re looking for technicians who take pride in doing the job right and supporting those around them.
