Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and energetic General Manager (GM) to lead our Fort Myers location. The GM will oversee all daily operations, manage a large and diverse team, and ensure FastTrax continues to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations across attractions, food & beverage, events, and guest services.

Recruit, train, and develop department managers and 150+ team members.

Drive revenue through strong business acumen, cost controls, and labor management.

Partner with marketing and sales teams to maximize group, party, and membership opportunities.

Ensure all attractions operate safely and consistently while maintaining top-notch guest service.

Uphold company standards, policies, and core values.

Build strong community relationships and represent FastTrax as a leader in family entertainment.

Qualifications

5+ years of senior management experience in hospitality, entertainment, or high-volume food & beverage operations.

Proven track record in leading large teams, managing P&L, and achieving business targets.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred but not required.
